The technician was able to arrive in the shortest possible time, after the inspection he explained in detail what was broken in the refrigerator and possible options for fixing it with the cost right away. The repair is covered by a repair warranty. The price was quite satisfactory. The technician is neat, cleans up after himself. He gave a warranty. After the repair, the next day, it seemed to us that the refrigerator was not cooling well, the technician was ready to come, but we decided to look at the work in the refrigerator, and the technician himself called us back later and worried whether everything was okay - special thanks for customer focus. The refrigerator stopped freezing on Saturday! We called Azizbek, he responded quickly and arrived right away in the afternoon. He diagnosed the refrigerator for the cause of the breakdown, the situation was not ordinary and our refrigerator is a rare brand, having identified the cause, Azizbek immediately offered an alternative to the part that failed (since the original part is no longer produced). Thank you very much, he arrived as agreed. He conducted diagnostics, found the cause and quickly fixed it. So far the refrigerator works perfectly. The thermostat was installed incorrectly, a thick layer of ice built up on the back of the refrigerator, as a result the thermostat stopped working. I had to call another technician to solve this issue.

Azizbek's work can be assessed as a good example of a professional attitude to work coupled with pleasant human communication - you don't often see this now. He arrived on time, diagnosed the breakdown, identified and explained all the upcoming work and the necessary spare parts to fix the breakdown, estimated the full cost of repairs (which was adequate to our expectations), went out for spare parts and then replaced everything necessary.
